Ginger-Turmeric Healing Tea

This tasty tea is an immune booster and a powerful anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial and antioxidant infusion. WOW.

Drink it whenever you start to feel symptoms of a cold or flu.

Ingredients:

  • Juice from 2 fresh Lemons, squeezed
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch of diced Ginger root
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (add a cinnamon stick for fun)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey (more if desired)
  • 4 cups Boiling water

Steep all ingredients for at least 5 minutes.

Strain into a cup.

Tip: We always save the remains of our ginger in a mason jar to use for this tea! (Zero Waste!)
