Ginger-Turmeric Healing Tea
This tasty tea is an immune booster and a powerful anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial and antioxidant infusion. WOW.
Drink it whenever you start to feel symptoms of a cold or flu.
- Juice from 2 fresh Lemons, squeezed
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 inch of diced Ginger root
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (add a cinnamon stick for fun)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tablespoons of Raw Honey (more if desired)
- 4 cups Boiling water
Steep all ingredients for at least 5 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Tip: We always save the remains of our ginger in a mason jar to use for this tea! (Zero Waste!)
