Stacilicious Green-Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is one I created for myself and I love it! It's vegan and gluten free! I drink it almost everyday, and I crave it when I miss a day. It is chock-full of healthy delicious goodness and your body will thank-you for it! Enjoy :)

You will need:

  • 2 handfuls of organic power greens

  • 2 frozen, peeled organic bananas*

  • 2 cups of frozen fruit of your choice (we use a blend of mango, papaya, and strawberries)

  • 1 squeezed lemon

  • 1 small piece of peeled ginger root

  • 2 scoops of protein powder (my favorite is Arbonne vanilla)

  • 2-3 cups water

*I allow my bananas to ripen, and then I peel them all and cut them into smaller pieces, saran wrap them, and freeze them for easy future use!

This recipe makes 4 servings and can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days

Put all the ingredients into your blender. (I recommend a Vitamix blender)

Add Water.

Blend until completely smooth.

Pour and enjoy!
